Terms and Conditions
We are able to book and accommodate Soft Play Hire for the following times
Morning Parties: 08:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Parties: 13:00 - 17:00
Full Day Events: 08:00 - 17:00
To secure a booking/order, a 50% deposit will be required for both hiring and catering services within 3 days of invoice. The final 50% must be paid for before or on delivery.
Orders for catering services must be done atleast 4 days in advance.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and Collection is FREE up to a 20km radius from our premises. Additional distances will be quoted for.
For the lucky moms and dads who collected a voucher from Little Mucnhkins Soft Play (Pty) Ltd, below are the terms and conditions.
- Bookings must be made before the "Valid Until" date reflected on your voucher
- i.e. you receive a voucher that is valid for 60 days but your Little Munchkins' party is in 90 days, NO WORRIES!!!, just make the booking before the date shown on the voucher.
- The Little Munchkins Soft Play voucher must be produced before the party starts
- When making the booking, please notify us that you are in posession of a Little Munckins Soft Play voucher, which you are wanting to redeem.
- Discount vouchers apply only for:
- Soft Play Equipment hire
- Jumping Castle hire
- Sensory Play Station hire
- Discount vouchers do not apply for (may not be redeemed against):
- Party Packs
- Table and Chair hire
- Discount vouchers are for personal bookings and do not apply to corporate bookings. Corporates are quoted according to certain criteria.
- All deposits are non-refundable if a Cancellation is 5 days or less prior to date of booking.
